dvd drive cover

I need a dvd drive, top half/cover for a samsung. If anyone would be willing to trade the cover for my laser engraving service that would be excellent, otherwise a link to where i can find one, or buy one from a user. thanks.

You know what I might have one of these =P let em take a look in my lot of parts and see what I got. Will have to check it once I get home though so it will be a while. Anyways I wouldn't mind getting engraving done I just have to think of what I want.

That sounds excellent. I really butchered the drive cover I have now. It is full of bondo and now I want to paint my box with a new theme so a fresh pallet to cut and painnt is just what I need.

Ok I found it... I also found out that I have a Hitachi one also lol. Well anyways ummm I am still not 100% on what I want done yet. If I was to get something what all could I get done. I mean I read you thread for the etching but I just wasn't sure how extensive of a job you would do for this thing. Just throw me your guidelines and I will think of something.

Well I can do any grayscale bitmaps. If you can get whatever image you want in monochrome then it usually will turn out a little bit nicer. Basically the darker the pixels the deeper the engraving, and really light image sometimes will turn out pixelated. If you send me a pic and it isn't perfect I'll send you a pic and you can decide if that's how you want it otherwise I'll just make another one. No extra charge. Of fours I'll make recommendations to you before I cut it and if I feel he need to alter the design I'll make sure it's ok with you.

Ok might be a stupid question here but do I need to supply the plexiglass and you said you could possibly do a 360 case if the person wouldn't mind the risk.

No I have acrylic. If u wanted your case done you would need to ship it to me.
